The Sunday before Halloween Anne Cambria wore her precious Halloween bishop to church. So afterwards, what did we just have to do??? Have a photo session of course! :) However, these are getting more and more difficult because she is walking now and that is pretty much all she wants to do. I think they turned out pretty good considering her increased mobility.

Downtown Trunk or Treat

The Thursday before Halloween we went to the Tupelo Downtown Trunk or Treat. We went to Reed's Gift Shop first, and the girl dressed as a witch scared Anne Cambria to death! She cried for like 5 minutes. After she gathered her composure, we met up with the cousins, Thomas and Lyla Claire. We went a few more places and strolled around a while. It was very windy that night and by 8pm, it was freezing! So we took our candy (what little candy we had) and went home. :)

Halloween Trial Run

Lately Anne Cambria has not been wanting to wear hats. Everytime I put one on her, she pulls it right off. So, I was beginning to get a little worried that her Halloween costume was not going to go over so well because half of it is a "head piece". So the other night, we did a trial run through to see how long (or if at all) she would wear the head piece. She did really well surprisingly. Here is a preview:

Happy Halloween

This was Anne Cambria's first Halloween. She is still too young to have candy, but we did go to a few houses to trick or treat. She was a "puffy lamb". And I must admit, she was the cutest lamb ever! She had so much fun. First we went to Granny and Big Daddy's house. She did lots of showing out for them in her costume. Then we surprised Kristen and Tyler at their house! They loved seeing Anne Cambria in her costume. Next on the circuit was Kory and Ben's house. Natty and Bryan were there also. Anne Cambria loved that Ben wanted to hold her. She normally won't sit still long enough for anyone to hold her. But she did for Ben! Last was Gran and Grandaddy's house! Anne Cambria was beginning to get tired, but when we got there she was on all cyclinders again! We stayed there until almost 9pm!! Anne Cambria was exhausted when we got home. She didn't even want to play in the bathtub. She finally crashed around 9:30. :) We had a great first Halloween and can't wait for next year when she can binge on lots of candy! :)

Grove Baby

Anne Cambria has been so much fun in the Grove this year. She went to the Ole Miss/AL game a few weekends ago and had the best time! She took a few steps in the Grove, played with the grass, ate some leaves, "talked" to people, strolled, and played with her toys. She was so good! For the game, we got to sit in the Rebel Club, so Anne Cambria was on her best behavior! Even though we lost (and lost bad), we still had a great time!
