Mary Katherine Burk has Arrived!!

On January 3, 2013 at 2:31pm, Mary Katherine "Kate" Burk made her arrival. She weight 7lb 10oz and was 19 1/2in long. Mary Kate has brown hair and dark blue eyes. She is absolutely perfect! We are so in love and so thankful for a safe and quick delivery. More pictures to come!

Last Night as a Family of 3

Tonight we took Anne Cambria to her two favorite places, "Dip it" which is D'Casa and "Toppings" which is Tutti Frutti. We wanted to spoil her on her last night as an only child. She was in a great mood and had a fun night. I know she is going to be a great Big Sister.

39wk Checkup

I am technically 38weeks and 6days, but who needs to be specific at this point. ;) I am 2cm dilated and tomorrow morning we are headed to NMMC Women's Center to meet Miss Mary Kate. I will be induced at 39 weeks thank to Dr. Wonderful. I am extra thankful that Mary Kate stayed put until both Dr. Webb AND my in-laws arrived back in the city limits! Please pray for a safe and quick delivery. I will post once my second Queen has arrived. I cannot believe that we will soon have a Queen Anne and a Queen Mary. :)

Christmas "Break" Fun

We had a great Christmas "break" this year. FUMC closed on December 15, so we had several days to have some holiday fun. One day we made cookies and Anne Cambria had a blast putting on the sprinkles. We had lots of shopping days. She can now identify all of our favorite places when we pull in the parking lots (i.e. TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Kroger and Corner Shoe Store ha!). Also, this year Anne Cambria had her own Christmas tree. She LOVED it. Every morning she would say "cut lights on!". And she loved to point out all the Sesame Street ornaments to anybody that came over for a visit. Here are some pictures from our Christmas break fun!

Christmas Day 2012

We spent Christmas day at Gigi and Grandaddy's house. We had a wonderful lunch and then opened more presents! Anne Cambria was a present opening pro by Christmas day! Uncle Davis was in town and we had a lot of fun playing with him. He always entertains Anne Cambria. She loves him! :)
