Santa and the Girls :)

We took the girls to see Santa at the mall and I figured one of them would cry. Anne Cambria cried at 12m and 24m, but this year she was so ready to tell him about her Christmas list, I knew she wouldn't cry this year. However, Mary Kate was NOT a fan of Santa. She didn't last one second before she started crying. And I mean screaming and crying!! Oh well, better luck next year! :)

Tupelo Christmas Parade- 2013

This year the Tupelo Christmas Parade was at night and I think it made it feel so much more like Christmas. It was freezing cold but we still had a great time. We ended up standing in between FUMC and FPC with the Thomas family. Anne Cambria and Anne Bailey stood with their Daddy's while Angelia and I took Mary Kate and Emerson inside FPC to have snacks and warm up. :) Anne Cambria LOVED watching the Clydesdale horses and she patiently waited for Santa to arrive. After standing in the cold for 2 hours, it was time to head home!

Anne Cambria is 3years old

My first born is 3years old. I am still wondering where three years have gone? Anne Cambria is the most kind hearted little girl. She is intrigued with everything these days. She asks a million questions a day. Her favorite things right now are Disney Princesses (especially Cinderella and Rapunzel), Strawberry Shortcake and playing dress up. Anne Cambria enjoys watching Caillou, Mickey Mouse, Strawberry Shortcake and her princess movies. She is getting better with sharing her toys with her baby sister and she will actually let Mary Kate "play" in her room now. Anne Cambria likes baby dolls sometimes, but really prefers to play princess.

Anne Cambria LOVES preschool this year. She never complains about going and she loves her teachers this year too! She has a sweet little class and loves telling me about all of her friends. She seems to be learning a lot and I love reading the notes sent home about what they are doing in class. :)

On Anne Cambria's birthday, we started the day with her favorite breakfast: cheese biscuit and strawberries. Then we went to lunch at her choice, Chick-fila. After lunch and playing on the play ground we went to Toys R Us and let her pick out a new princess dress up costume. She chose Rapunzel of course! We already have Cinderella. ;) After that we headed home for nap time. Then we left Anne Cambria talk us in to going to Chuck E Cheese to play for a while. She had a blast. It's amazing how much fun she has at that place. Thankfully we were basically the only people in there. :) We ended the night with her favorite supper, Mexican and one last birthday cake! :)

A Cinderella Birthday Party

This year we had a Cinderella themed birthday party at JUMP for our sweet 3yr old princess. :) Mary McGuire did the cake and cupcakes and she is amazing! She never disappoints! Anne Cambria loves birthday parties at JUMP and she was very excited that is where hers was too. Lots of her little friends from preschool were there and some of her other buddies. She wore herself out jumping and climbing! I think her Daddy was a bit worn out too! We are so glad that our sweet girl had a wonderful birthday party! :)

Mary Kate is 11months old

My baby girl is 11months old! Wow! She is still a happy baby and it is amazing to see all the things she learns each day. She is still walking while holding on to things and will not let go but we are getting close! Mary Kate LOVES to play with her big sister. If I ever cannot find her, I always go look in Anne Cambria's room and I can see Mary Kate halfway in the closet. :) Mary Kate is still taking two naps a day; 45mins in the morning and 2-3hrs in the afternoon. She loves watching Baby Einstein and Mickey Mouse too. Mary Kate has started sleeping until 8:30am and it is fabulous! She must know Santa is coming soon ha!

We are completely off baby food and I am starting to wean the formula. I add an ounce of 2%milk to each sippy cup because I know it'll be a "shock" on January 3 when the formula is gone forever! She is still pretty easy to feed except if it involves utensils. She wants to do it herself and that is just waaaaaay too messy right now. I cannot believe that I am planning her first birthday party.....we are having a Winter One-derland. :) It should be cute! Happy 11months baby girl!
