24 weeks and 6 days

I had a check-up today! It seems like it has been longer than 4 weeks since I had my last one, but it hasn't. It was 4 weeks to the day. Anyways, I got to have another V scan sonogram courtesy of Dr. Wonderful (aka Dr. Webb). He actually told me I was a "spoiled" patient today because I have seen my sweet Mary Kate every time I've had a check-up since 7 weeks. I just like to think of myself as persuasive, not spoiled. ;) She looked great. Her little heart was beating strong, her spine looked good, we confirmed girl "parts" again, and she is head down! PTL! I'm sure she will twist and flip several more times between now and January, but hey, it makes me feel good to know she is/was head down. I go back in two weeks for my glucose test....yuck! I will be 27 weeks and I get to have another check with Dr. Webb, so I will update again next time.
We are pretty sure (99%) we are going to name this baby girl Mary Katherine and call her Mary Kate. Mary is on both sides of our family and Katherine is as well. So we will have a Queen Anne and a Queen Mary. :) Now I just have to finalize nursery bedding and furniture......

A Rebel Baby

Anne Cambria has no choice but to bleed red and blue. She will love Ole Miss just like her Mama and Daddy. :) She has behaved so well at both games she has attended. She was extra good at the Ole Miss/UTEP game. We could have stayed past half time, but we left just in case she decided to show out. She watched Elmo, ate chips and M&Ms and colored the entire first half! She would occasionally look up and say "Yayy!" then clap. It was too funny. She likes to yell "Ole Miss" and "Go Rebels" which is too cute!

Ready to go cheer on the Rebels!

28years and counting!

I turned 28 on Sept 12. I had a fabulous day. I was off work and I relaxed all day with Anne Cambria. We started our day with a pumpkin spiced frappuccino from Starbucks. Then we had lunch with Granny at Finney's. Yummy! Johnny brought me Moe's from Memphis for dinner and then we celebrated with Gigi Cupcakes. They were delicious! 5,000 calories later I was stuffed! Johnny ordered the boots I had been hinting that I wanted. (And I mean "hinting" by sending him repeated email with a link to the exact boots ha!). Friday night Johnny planned a sweet dinner with his parents, my parents, my sister and brother-in-law and three kids at Old Venice. We had a blast. All four kids behaved and I don't even think anyone stared or rolled their eyes at us. :) Mary McGuire made a precious (and delicious) cake which was devoured! We finished out my birthday weekend with Rebel Club tickets for the Texas/Ole Miss game. We may have had a bad game, but we had a great time in the Rebel Club. I am so thankful for all the "happy birthdays" from all my friends and family. It's nice to be remembered. :)

Starting the day off right!

5,000 calories later......

Happy Birthday to Mama!

Anne Cambria took both cupcakes from me! :)

Daddy got the "hints" I'd been sending him :)

21 Months Old

Anne Cambria is 21 months old! I cannot believe she will be 2 in just three months. She is learning so much everyday. She can sing her entire ABCs and count to 12. She can sing several songs: Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, Old MacDonald, The Wheels on the Bus, Itsy Bitsy Spider and Jesus Loves Me are her favorites right now. We are getting very close to potty training soon. Her first sentence was "I dropped it." (09/08/12). She said it when she was on the changing table and dropped her paci on the floor. She says several phrases these days including "help me", "me clean up", "I help", "shoes on", "shoes off", "me rest", "I hungry". Anne Cambria still eats fairly well. Her favorites right now are chicken nuggets (but only from Chick-fila or McDonald's), mac and cheese, green beans, pears, apples, strawberries, french fries, chips (especially pickle chips or sour cream and onion), cheerios, yogurt, and most importantly Jelly Belly jelly beans. We keep a bag in my purse, the car, her diaper bag and at home at ALL times! :) Anne Cambria is wearing 18m dresses and we are in 18-24m pants but we have LOTS of room to grow in them. She could really wear a 12m waist and 18m length but I don't have her clothes custom made. ;) Shirts are kinda tricky and really depend on the brand. Usually we buy a 24m or 2T shirt so the torso is long enough.
We do not have a well check-up with Dr. Ivancic until 24months, so I weighed and measured her myself. Gotta keep good records for the baby book!

Height: 32.5in (35th %tile)
Weight: 24lbs 4oz (20th %tile)

First Day in the Older Toddler Room

Anne Cambria started Mother's Day Out at our church, FUMC, today. She is no longer in the infant room with Joan Yarber. :( We were so sad to move up to the 18-24m toddler room, but we are very excited about having Ms. Tina and Ms. Martha as our new teachers! Anne Cambria will go on Tuesdays and Thursdays when I work and need to get things done for Baby Sister or doctor appointments. She LOVES playing with her new friends and I know she will have a lot of fun. Here is my baby girl on her first day in the older toddler room! :)

Hotty Toddy!

Well football season is here! Ole Miss actually started this year off with a W-I-N! This in itself is better than the past two years. I am hoping for a more positive season. :) We have new seats this year. We moved from the 9th row on the 50 yard line to the E club! Chair backs, HALLELUJAH!!! We have four seats in the E club on the 45 yard line and it is wonderful. It's shady, breezy, and it if rains we are covered! Anne Cambria has her own seat and since we have an extra seat this year, she has lots of room to walk between me and Johnny and "play". It is MUCH better than last year. :) We didn't tailgate yesterday, but we did get there early enough to walk around and go to the Rebel Shop. Anne Cambria shook her pom pom, ate nachos, watched Elmo on her DVD player, and cheered on the Rebels! We had a great time AND we won! So here is to a better era with Hugh Freeze!! Hotty Toddy!!
